The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the construction of the following project: Ross Creek Beach Expansion - Jordanelle State Park Project Description: The work generally consists of the construction of two new Entry Stations with parking areas (one at the entry and one at the new beach area), automatic gates, new CXT restrooms, new roadway connections to new day use pavilion areas and CXT restrooms, new sand beach area and day use shelters, and access trails to pavilion areas. The work also includes clearing areas for new pavement, beaches and building/shelter areas, site grading, and roadway construction. Repairs to existing pavement, reseeding of all disturbed areas, and a new electrical service to the entry building is also part of the work.
