Request for Qualifications for Professional Design Services in Accordance with ORC 153.67. Firms must comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations pertaining to Equal Employment Opportunities. City of Huron is a governmental agency exempt from all local, state, and federal taxes. Firms shall be responsible for the collection of and payment of all sales and other taxes that may be applicable. Any person who submits, or attempts to submit, qualifications is solely responsible for the method of submission and assumes the risk that the qualifications may be delayed or not received by City of Huron, whether by reason of equipment malfunction, human error, or any other cause whatsoever. LATE QUALIFICATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. City of Huron reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to negotiate or to reject any and all qualifications and parts of any and all qualifications and waive all technicalities.
