Colerain Township is soliciting proposals for Building Cleaning and Related Services for its main government campus consisting of 4160, 4200, and 4300 Springdale Road until August 31, 2022. All clarifying questions for this proposal should be directed to Geoff Milz, Township Administrator, via email at gmilz@colerain.org. In order to properly submit a response, all responses should be sent via email or regular mail as one complete full packet. Contractors shall review the entire quotation request information and are strongly encouraged to schedule a site visit to more accurately determine project details prior to submitting a quote. Respondents should be aware that any records they submit to the Township, or that are used by the Township may be public records. The Township will promptly disclose public records upon request unless a statute exempts them from disclosure. Respondents should also be aware that if even a portion of a record is exempt from disclosure, generally, the rest of the record must be disclosed.
