Weber County Purchasing, on behalf of the ROADS DEPARTMENT, invites your company to bid on providing PAINT STRIPING services. If any provision or specification in this "Invitation to Bid" (ITB) is ambiguous or is disputed by a bidder, the bidder must notify the County Purchasing Division prior to the opening of the bids. No dispute or protest concerning the ambiguity of these specifications or provisions of the ITB shall be accepted following opening of the bids. Bidder will be in charge of lay-out on new asphalt, tabbing chip sealed roads as well as providing daily printed tickets of total feet. Project Timeframe: 9/1/2022 - 9/30/2022 Bidder will also need to provide the paint (Traffic Paint T T P 1952 White and Yellow). We estimate the total project to be 750,000 linear feet of 4" lines / 20,000 of 6" lines / 10,000 of 8" lines. Road Striping Locations: West Weber Uintah Upper Valley Lower Valley The contract resulting from this Bid will be for one (1) year with no guarantee of linear feet. The County will determine the low bidders based upon price(s) bid. Award will be to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder submitting the lowest cost including delivery and any additional costs. The County reserves the right to award multiple purchase orders to the responsive, responsible bidders meeting specifications who bid the lowest overall cost to the County. Weber County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informality or irregularity in any bid or bids, if to do so is in the best interest of the County.
