The City of Bluffdale is seeking a STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS from contractors that would like to prequalify to submit bids for the construction of the Bluffdale Public Works Building Complex The scope of work for the Bluffdale Public Works Building Complex is anticipated to include leveling and grading the area (approximately 7.5 acres), removing any existing obstacles and buildings; installing all needed utilities as shown on the plans, placing the storm drain and water system, curb, gutter and sidewalk and all other site improvements as shown on the plans; erecting the new public works building with all the required parts and features; placing all other ancillary structures and improvements as shown on the plans, including the landscaping, bulk material storage, salt shed, vactor cleanout and drying pad, etc. for a fully functioning public works complex and building
