Specifically, the SERVICE PROVIDER must perform the following Services: Wash interior and exterior glass and windows on required surfaces. Wash interior and exterior window frames. Wash window sills inside and out. Brush mosquito nets where they are present. Remove, wash and reinstall mosquito nets. Point out to the head of the health and safety department of the PUBLIC BODY all defective elements or damage noted by its employees in the execution of the work which could require repairs (windows, mosquito nets, safety mechanism or others). Leave the premises clean, once the work is finished, having taken the necessary precautions to keep the walls, draperies, heaters, floors, etc. clean. Ensure that the windows are locked after cleaning to ensure the safety of our customers. If necessary, a special key could be provided to the SERVICE PROVIDER to unlock and lock the windows during the execution of the work. Dust and clean the frame of the skylights. Remove all papers and stickers before washing. All traces of paint or foreign substances must be removed.
