From vendors interested in providing inspections and services of fire extinguishers, fire hoses and pumps as itemized in this QSP. The work will include standard and emergency/urgent maintenance/repairs to bring equipment to code. A three-year contract shall be awarded, pursuant to M.G.L. c.30B to the responsive and responsible bidder offering the lowest total for all items. LHA reserves the right to cancel this QSP or reject in whole or in part any and all quotes if the HA determines that cancellation or rejection serves the best interests of the HA. All bids submitted in response to this Request for Quotes (QSP) will be evaluated and awarded in accordance with the provisions established under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 30B. Vendors will be required to abide by the guidelines established under this statute. The LHA reserves the right to amend or cancel this QSP, accept or reject any and all bids and waive minor informalities.
