Sealed bids in duplicate, will be received by TERRANOVA WEST MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT at the offices of AEI Engineering, a Baxter & Woodman Company, 11450 Compaq Center Dr., Suite 660, Houston, Texas 77070 for furnishing all material, equipment, labor and supervision necessary for completion of the following: 6-INCH RECLAIMED WATER LINE The major items of work include: Installation of approximately 4,000 linear feet of 6-inch reclaimed water line by open cut methods, installation of approximately 3,200 linear feet of 6-inch reclaimed water line by trenchless methods, installation of combination air valves and manholes, and site restoration. Each bid proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond from a reliable surety company drawn to the order of TERRANOVA WEST MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. No bid proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to it. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance, payment, and maintenance bond for the full amount of the contract.
