INTRODUCTION On November 3, 2021, Barry Isett & Associates, Inc. performed a site visit at 102-198 East Washington Street, Nanticoke, Luzerne County, PA 18634. Mr. Tomasz Slowik, P.E. from our office performed the visit. The purpose of the visit was to structurally assess the condition of the existing building. The purpose of this report is to provide opinion on the safety of the building for access by environmental scientists and abatement contractor. The findings in this report are based on the conditions readily visible at the time of the site visit. No diagnostics, sampling, and/or testing of the existing building materials was performed, nor has any structural analysis of the building or its components been performed. For the purposes of this report, all locations will be indicated using cardinal directions, unless noted otherwise.
