Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Lufkin, Texas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The City of Lufkin will receive separate sealed bids for the Thrash Building Demolition Project Scope of Work: o Demolition and removal of all debris of the Thrash Buildings and all other associated building structures and components. The Thrash Buildings consist of the following addresses 106, 110, 108, and 112 West Shepherd Avenue; 109, 117, and 119 Cotton Square. o City shall provide all roll-off container services. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities or to reject any or all bids. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid. Cash currency is not acceptable as bid surety and is not to be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the bid opening.All bidders should make a site visit prior to turning in a bid
