Opening hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. We also remind you that postal services such as Canada Post and other courier companies are still in operation and provide their regular services. Important: If you are unable to submit your bid in connection with COVID-19, you must notify the person in charge of the call for tenders as soon as possible, by email, indicating the reason, so that the City can determine if additional measures need to be put in place.
