Site work, new construction and renovation of a civil project in Magnolia, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sealed bids in duplicate, will be received by CITY OF MAGNOLIA at Magnolia City Hall for furnishing all material, equipment, labor, and supervision necessary for completion of the following: WATER PLANT NO. 3 PHASE I The major items of work include: Construction of new 1,000 gpm water well, 10,000 gallon hydropneumatics tank, chemical disinfection system and fiberglass buildings, associated piping, associated electrical work, fencing, permeable pavers temporary access road, and site restoration. Each bid proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond from a reliable surety company drawn to the order of CITY OF MAGNOLIA in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. No bid proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to it. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance, payment, and maintenance bond for the full amount of the contract.
