Option 2 is similar to Option 1 with the addition of 977 sf for two dental exam rooms and accessory rooms and utilities. This project includes: final planning and permitting to fabricate, deliver, and install the modular buildings (Options 1 and 2). Only one option will be selected and installed. Site grading for drainage, foundations, concrete sidewalk with canopy, utility extensions and connections will be provided by the owner.
