Renovation of a municipal facility in East Watertown, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Installation of Two Boilers at the Department of Public Works Questions are due by 8/26/22 @ 5:00 P.M. & will be issued via addendum to all who have requested the bid documents via emailing the Purchasing Department. Please contact Purchasing@Watertown-ma.gov with any questions. Thank you. The City of Watertown will supply the Two (2) new Boilers. The work consists of the installation of Two (2) Patterson-Kelley ST-1500 P-K Storm Hot Water Condensing Boilers and two (2) associated Patterson-Kelley circulation pumps. The Scope of demolition and removal work is indicated on the drawings. The Scope of alterations work is indicated on the drawings. City of Watertown will supply and install Two (2) new 3/4-HP motors for existing Pumps P-5&6. DPW intends to continue to occupy adjacent portions of the existing building during the entire construction period. Cooperation with the DPW department to minimize conflict and to facilitate DPW operations.
