Renovation of an educational facility in Leicester, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Construct permanent wall at Leicester High School. The Town of Leicester is seeking a contractor to construct a permanent wall at the Leicester High School, 964 Main Street, Leicester, MA 01524. The contract shall be to construct a full wall consisting of 20-gallon metal studs with 3 1/2 Batt insulation covered with 5/8 drywall taped ready for finishes. To be included is a break metal and panel which will cover the studs and drywall at the window area. Furthermore, frame and install a 3'0 x 7'0 45 min rated door frame, a plush paint grade door, hinges, a rim exit device with a lever handle and door closer. The contractor will furnish two cartons of ceiling tiles to match the existing ceiling. This project will be subject to prevailing wage.
