Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Traverse City, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
For the US-31 Water Main Replacement Project. The work involved in this project consists principally of the following: 146 FOOT Culv, Cl F, CSP, 24 inch 10 EACH Dewatering System, Excavation 196 TON HMA, LVSP 377 FOOT Curb and Gutter, Conc 2977 FOOT Water Main, DI, 12 inch, HDD, Special (Horizontal Directional Drilling) A certified check, bank draft or bid bond without condition to the City of Traverse City in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the bid amount shall be submitted as a guarantee of good faith subject to the conditions stipulated in the "Instructions to Bidders". The City of Traverse City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive irregularities, and to accept the bids either on an entire or individual basis that is in the best interests of the City of Traverse City. This is not a federal aid project.
