Renovation of a transportation facility in Paris, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
The project includes but is not limited to: furnishing and applying two applications of a waterproof roof sealant in accordance with the performance specifications and the manufacturer's recommendations. There will be no pre-bid meeting for this project but bidders are strongly encouraged to familiarize themselves with the work prior to submitting their bid. Only bidders who can show similar experience in this type of work will be considered for award of the contract. All bids submitted must be sealed with the name of the project, bid opening time and date, and the contractor's name, address and license number on the outside of the envelope. All bidders shall have all applicable licenses to perform the work within the state of Tennessee. Davis-Bacon Wage Rates and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation are not required for this project. A bid bond is not required. Henry County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities in the bids and bidding deemed to be in the best interests of the county, and to reject unqualified, nonconforming, nonresponsive, or conditional bids. Bids must remain in effect for 30 days after the bid opening date.
