The project is located in Maxwell, NM and includes approximately 3,950 LF of pavement surface restoration, sidewalk, drive pads, curb and gutter replacement, curb return replacement and miscellaneous items to provide a complete and functional project. The restoration is to include cold milling and asphalt surfacing. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. The Owner reserves the right to adjust quantities included in the Bid Schedule as necessary to provide a complete project with the available funding.
