The contractor will replace various pole light bulbs and ballasts on a work order basis for all HPHA Communities and Properties. The contractor will provide all labor, tools, materials, trash disposal, and equipment as needed to complete the work for each type of pole light identified. The contractor will complete work issued per work order within seven (7) calendar days.
