Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners will receive sealed bids from licensed underground contractors for the Metron Estates Drainage Basin Improvements. This project is for the construction of new drainage infrastructure which will include installing new ditches, inlets, and stormwater pipes, allow for the expansion of two existing stormwater ponds and along with the add of a new stormwater pond. This project will receive financial assistance from FEMA via the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (Agreement No. 4337-514-R). In compliance with this grant, bidders are highly encouraged to review the federal laws and regulations that the construction contract for this project must abide by. Refer to the grant agreement attached to the bid advertisement.
