Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the addition of a transportation facility; for the demolition of a transportation facility; for the construction of a transportation facility; for the renovation of a transportation facility; and transportation facility.

Qualified vendors (from Request for Qualification (RFQ) No. PNC2123313R1) are invited to respond for a fixed contract for the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) Terminal Connectors T1-T2-T3 project as part of the Terminal Connector Program which seeks to create a post-security walkway for passengers to move from Terminal to Terminal without being required to exit and re-enter Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Security Screening Checkpoints. This project will provide redundancy between those Security Screening Checkpoints and promote greater opportunity for airlines to operate in multiple Terminals if desired. To achieve these airport goals, the project will consist of new construction as well as building expansions and extensive renovation for portions of the existing Terminal 1 (T1) and Terminal 2 (T2) facilities. This requires a collaborative effort between the prime Vendor, other airport vendors, Airlines and the County to safely maintain operations during construction in an active Terminal. The construction associated with this Project will require the Prime Vendor's coordination with County-approved contracted vendors in connection with the following existing systems (Work performed by County-approved vendors will be funded via established County-approved Allowances in the final contract as specified in the Contract Documents): 1. Airport Information Management System 2. Baggage Handling System 3. Building Automation System 4. Access Control System 5. Closed Circuit Television System 6. Fire Alarm Life Safety System This is Step Two of a two step procurement. The Step One was solicited as a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and the following Firms were prequalified and are being invited to submit bids in Step Two: The purpose of this NOTICE OF SUBCONTRACTOR BIDDING is to provide the list of the pre-qualified Primes and their contact information to all potential subcontractors for contracting opportunities and connect with these respective Primes.
