The Proposal shall be made in duplicate on bidder's letterhead in exact accordance with the Proposal Form accompanying the specifications, and the signature shall be in longhand, also include the required Responsible Contractor paperwork with your bid. No oral, telegraphic or telephonic proposals or modifications will be considered. Each successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory performance and payment bonds. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, made payable to School District No. 834 as a guarantee that the bidder will, if awarded the bid, enter into a contract with the School District in accordance with his proposal and specifications. The School Board of Independent School District No 834 Minnesota reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or parts of such bids and waive any formalities or irregularities in bidding. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after bid opening without the consent of the School Board of Independent School District No. 834 of Minnesota.
