1. 100% small-business Set-aside under NAICS Code 236220, Size Standard $39.5M. This Invitation for Bid will use sealed bid procedures and awarded as a firm-fixed price construction contract. See Section J for Statement of Work, Specifications/Appendices and Drawings. 2. IAW FAR 36.204(d) the magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be between $250,000 and $500,000. 3. Any request for information (RFI) after the site visit must be received no later than 21 September 2022 by 4:30 PM PM MDT. 4. The total price of each bid line item is to include 6.0% NMGRT as part of the total line item cost. 5. 20% Bid Guarantee is required to be submitted with the offer IAQ FAR 52.228-1. Contractors that fail to include a valid bid bond at the moment of bid opening will be rejected and considered unacceptable by the Government IAW FAR 28.101-4(a). 6.
