(a) The work to be performed includes milling, patching, resurfacing, and striping of sixteen separate roads with an approximate total length of 2.65 miles. (b) The work to be done shall include furnishing all materials, supplies and equipment, and performing all labor and services incidental to or necessary for the complete construction of this project in accordance with the plans and specifications, and the maintenance of each completed portion of the work until final acceptance of the entire project by the OWNER. (c) Shop drawings submittals (4 copies) are a part of the work. Such drawings shall be submitted prior to shipment at mechanical, electrical, pipe, paint, and building materials. (d) Plans and specifications for this contract may be reviewed at the office of the Engineers by potential BIDDERS or by the Contractor. (e) The work site will be maintained in a neat order during the work and promptly cleaned up upon completion of the project. Maintenance of a neat, presentable work site and prompt clean up are considered a vital portion of the work and if not accomplished in a satisfactory manner, partial payments shall be adjusted accordingly.
