Squirrel Road Auburn Hills, MI 48326 Questions are submitted online No Award Requirements - All or None Award The primary project objectives are to address structural, waterproofing, and façade repairs at the parking structure located at 3381 Primary St. Work includes, but is not limited to, the following activities: 1. Concrete repairs, including repairs at isolated double-tee beam stems and flanges 2. Isolated replacement of flange-to-flange connectors 3. Repairing concrete spandrel panels at end connections 4. Epoxy injection repairs at a double-tee beam stem 5. Removal and replacement of joint sealants within deck and facade 6. Traffic coating (membrane) installation, the coating over the joints between double tee flanges includes fabric reinforcing 7. Restriping all pavement markings 8. Repairing/replacing cast stone units 9. Alternate work items include: sheet metal flashing repairs at base of roof-level facade; cleaning and painting facade panels; modifications to the base bid traffic coating and cast stone work scopes.
