The bid is available in print format pursuant to the fees established by the New Jersey Open Public Records Act during regular office hours from the Burlington County Bridge Commission, 1300 Route 73 North, Palmyra, NJ 08065-1090, telephone number (856) 829-1900. Bids must be made on standard bid forms in the manner designated therein and required by the specifications; must be enclosed in sealed envelopes and should bear the name and address of the bidder and "De-icing Product with Corrosion/Scaling Inhibitors, BCBC202208" on the outside of any envelope, including delivery service envelopes or packages; addressed to the Burlington County Bridge Commission, 1300 Route 73 North, PO Box 6, Palmyra, NJ 08065-1090; and must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond drawn to the order of the Burlington County Bridge Commission for 10% of the bid, not to exceed $20,000. Bids will be received during normal Commission business hours of 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM EST, Monday through Fridays excluding Commission holidays. All bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27) Affirmative Action, P.L. 1977, c. 33 (N.J.A.C. 52:25-24.2) Statement of Ownership, and P.L. 2004, c. 57 and P.L. 2009, c.315 as amended (N.J.S.A. 52:32-44) NJ Business Registration. Late bids will not be accepted or considered. The Commission assumes no responsibility for bids mailed or misdirected in delivery. The Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and waive any immaterial defects or informality in any bid or in the bidding should it be in the best interest of the Commission to do so.
