Award amount is $58,120.97** Including Supply and Installation of New Pump, Motor, Controller and Related Necessary Components and Standpipe and Sprinkler Systems Testing : All work necessary and incidental thereto, in accordance with the Contract Documents, including but not limited to fire standpipe & sprinkler systems rehabilitation including supply and installation of new pump, motor, controller and related necessary components and standpipe & sprinkler systems testing. Bidders must be fully licensed, certified, and insured to perform all of the work required under the Contract Documents, and must be authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey and must comply with the State of New Jersey Business Registration requirements. The award is solicited in accordance with the Local Public Contracts Law (N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq.) and a contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. Bidders must be registered with the Department of Labor and are required to comply with the Public Works Contractor Registration Act. Bidders are also required to comply with the requirements of Public Law 1975, c.127, which pertains to Non-Discrimination and Affirmative Action, as amended, and with requirements regarding State New Jersey prevailing wages and Public Law 1977, c.33, which requires a statement of Corporate Ownership.
