Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Stayner, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Corporation of the Township of Clearview Township is calling for complete tenders from qualified Proponents for Phase one (1) Philips Street is expected to be substantially completed in mid 2023 and includes the reconstruction and upgrading of the sewer and watermain services on Phillips Street in Stayner from Sunnidale Street to Main Street (Highway 26). The work includes the removal of existing infrastructure and the installation of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, watermain, sidewalk and curb and gutter as well as the crossing of the Highway 26 corridor via Jack and Bore for the Township of Clearview, as is more particularly described in the Bid Documents. Phase two (2) Sunnidale Street is expected to be substantially completed in mid 2024 and includes the reconstruction and urbanization of Sunnidale Street from Phillips Street to Centre Line Road. The work includes the removal of existing infrastructure and the installation of sanitary sewer, sanitary forcemain, storm sewer, watermain, sidewalk and curb and gutter, as is more particularly described in the Bid Documents.
