The Scope: Procure engineering, State of Ohio permits, design and install a new emergency standby generator for the McDonald Pike Office Building. Include the following: o (1) 150Kw or (appropriate size for facility), natural gas fired generator o (1) New 800A automatic transfer switch, Service Entrance Rated o Controls wiring and primary wiring o Engineering for the project o Project management o Concrete base The bidder awarded the contract must provide a performance bond executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Ohio, in an amount equal to the bid. Said performance bond will be required upon signing the contract for this project.
