Remove mechanically attached single ply roofing membrane, asbestos containing (3) ply B.U.R. 1 wood fiber board down to the existing wood roof deck. Install new single ply roofing system consisting of a minimum 80 mil TPO fully adhered over (2) layers of 2.6 polyisocyanurate fully adhered over self-adhering vapor barrier over substrate board mechanically attached and associated flashing at vertical walls & roof penetrations. TPO coated metal flashing and TPO coated metal drip edge. Remove mechanically attached single ply roofing membrane, asbestos containing (3) ply B.U.R. 1 wood fiber board down to the existing wood roof deck. Install new single ply roofing system consisting of a minimum 80 mil TPO fully adhered over (2) layers of 2.6 polyisocyanurate fully adhered over self-adhering vapor barrier over substrate board mechanically attached and associated flashing at vertical walls & roof penetrations. TPO coated metal flashing and TPO coated metal drip edge. Install new single ply roofing system consisting of a minimum 80 mil TPO mechanically attached over cover board mechanically over (2) layers of 2.6 polyisocyanurate mechanically attached over self-adhering vapor barrier over substrate board mechanically attached and associated flashing at vertical walls & roof penetrations, new TPO metal drip edge, pre-finished metal fascia & clip and 24 Ga. pre-finished metal coping. Remove fully adhered single-ply roofing membrane and associated flashings only. Existing 1.5 polyisocyanurate to remain in place. Install new single ply roofing system consisting of minimum 80 mil TPO fully adhered over new cover board, fully adhered over (1) layer of new 2.6 polyisocyanurate fully adhered over (1) layer of existing 1.5 polyisocyanurate over (2) ply asphalt vapor barrier over substrate board. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractors License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work. Bidder hereby agrees to commence Work under this Contract on a date to be specified in the written "Notice to Proceed" of the Owner and to substantially complete the Project within Sixty (60) consecutive calendar days thereafter, as stipulated in the specifications. Bidder further agrees to pay as liquidated damages, the sum of $500 for each consecutive calendar day after the established substantial completion date oradjusted date as established by change order.
