In general, the scope of work includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, permits, and transportation for the Fire Damper Test & Maintenance project, on the campus of California State University, San Bernardino. Work consists of inspecting, maintaining, documenting, and making all necessary repairs on all Fire & Fire Smoke Dampers, as indicated by the Mechanical & Architectural drawings on all buildings indicated on the building list, serving California State University, San Bernardino and CSUSB Palm Desert buildings. Work shall be completed in a timely and safe environment in accordance with the detailed specifications and special conditions. Construction period shall be one hundred fifty (150) calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed with a proposed work schedule of October 24, 2022 - March 22, 2023. The Trustees require the successful proposer to achieve three percent (3%) DVBE It will be the responsibility of each proposer to obtain a proposal package in sufficient time to fulfill requirements therein. Proposal packages are obtainable only by prequalified contractors, licensed in the State of California with a C-20 license, and registered with the DIR to bid public works projects.
