Renovation of a municipal facility in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Ann Arbor is seeking qualified firms to provide pricing for the removal and replacement of the existing Siemens Building Automation System at the Wheeler Transportation Center. The existing system will be replaced with the City of Ann Arbors Building Management System (BMS.) standard of Automated Logic WebCTRL software and hardware. Administrative and technical questions regarding this project will be answered at this time. The pre-proposal meeting is for information only. Any answers furnished will not be official until verified in writing by the Financial Service Area, Procurement Unit. Answers that change or substantially clarify the proposal will be affirmed in an addendum.
