The project consists of a 3.75-inch mill and overlay of the pavement, beam guard replacement as needed, and minimal curb and gutter replacement. The contract price will be based on an estimate of the selected consultant's actual costs plus fixed fee. Actual costs will be defined as those costs allowable under the cost principles in Part 31 of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Consultant costs including indirect cost rates and cost accounting system will be subject to audit.
