Each Sealed Envelope Containing a Bid Must Be Plainly Marked on the Outside as "Bid for Sodium Silicofluoride to Be Opened September 15th, 2022." Bid Prices Will Be F.o.b. To the Northeast Mississippi Regional Water Treatment Plant, 5590 Hwy 178 West, Fulton, Ms 38843. The Northeast Mississippi Regional Water Supply District Reserves the Right to Accept Alternate Bids in the Event the Primary Supplier is Unable to Provide Product as Specified. Sodium Silicofluoride Must Be Ansi/nsf Standard 60 Approved. All Vendors Shall Provide Certificate of Ansi/nsf Standard 60 Approvals. This Shall Be Submitted With Your Bid. The Bid Shall Be on a Bulk Basis and Material Shall Meet the Fol- Lowing Specifications: 1. Sodium Silicofluoride Material Shall Be in 50-pound Bags and Meet Awwa Standard B702-80 Delivery Only 50-pound Bags of Product Will Be Accepted. Packaging and Shipping of Sodium Silicofluoride Shall Conform to All Applicable Federal, State, and Local Regulations. Net Weight Error Shall Conform to the National Bureau of Standard - Shipment Shall Contain No Less Than 98 Percent of the Stated Weight. Any Damaged Bags and or Wet Product Received Shall Be Rejected. Sodium Silicofluoride to Be Bid Delivered to the Plant Site in Peppertown, Mississippi. Delivery Times Recongnized at the Plant Will Be Monday - Friday, 8 Am to 4 Pm. Size of Orders Will Be Based on Available Storage at the Plant. All Prices Shall Be for Bulk Quantities and Said Prices Shall Remain Constant for a Period of Three Calen- Dar Months, October 1st, 2022 Thru December 31st, 2022, Following the Accept- Ance of the Bids. The District Shall Not Recognize Any Mod- Ifications to the Price of the Chemicals During Quarter, Including but Not Limited to Fuel Surcharges and Other Charges.
