Delivery and Installation Schedule: It is the intent of this RFP to have items delivered and installed as soon as they are available. This can be done on an item by item basis (i.e.- chairs delivered at a different time than desks) but must be done in such a way that the total number of any given items in any given room be installed and like trade in furniture removed from the space at the same time and be complete and ready for use in time for the next scheduled school day. The delivery of the total amount of any given item will not be required at one time, however, items may be delivered on a room by room basis. If deliveries are made during breaks in the school calendar (i.e. summer, spring or winter), they can be made during normal business hours, Monday through Friday (excluding designated District Holidays). If deliveries are made while school is in session, they shall be made after school dismissal (4:00 pm, Mon-Fri) or between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm, Saturday or Sunday.
