Construction of the Tooele England Acres Park and Trail project according to Drawings and Specifications prepared by MHTN Architects, and de-scribed in general as: Park Phase (Bid Schedule A):Construct concrete sidewalks and concrete trail with crushed aggregate side path.! Construct dog park complete with chain link fence and gates. Construct concrete sidewalks at play-ground. Construct 30' steel pedestrian bridge. Provide and In-stall prefabricated shelter. Pro-vide and install site furnishings. Construct grass play fields. In-stall irrigation and landscape planting. Trail Phase (Bid Schedule B):Construct asphalt path. Con-struct 80' pre-fabricated steel bridge with associated concrete footings. Provide and install pre-fabricated shelters with associated footings, concrete paving and site furnishings. Construct new curb and gutter, asphalt paving and concrete side walk at the corner of 400 North and Droubay road. Install native seeding along asphalt path. In-stall irrigation at the edge of the trail including new irrigation points of connections. All Bidders must register with the City in order to be considered for Award of Bid.
