Perpetuation project of 12.353 miles of STH 95, from 450' E of STH 93 to USH 53 N, Towns of Preston and Arcadia, and the City of Arcadia, in Trempealeau County to mill and resurface. Other work includes concrete overlay on Lakes Coulee Creek Bridge (B-61-0055), gravel shouldering, culvert cleaning, roadside clearing/brushing, ditch cleaning, culvert pipe replacements, riprap, inlet repairs, spot curb and gutter replacement, pavement markings, centerline and shoulder rumble strips, and restoration. Construct under traffic utilizing single-lane flagging operations. Construct bridge work using staged construction controlled with temporary signals. The contract price will be based on an estimate of the selected consultant's actual costs plus fixed fee. Actual costs will be defined as those costs allowable under the cost principles in Part 31 of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Consultant costs including indirect cost rates and cost accounting system will be subject to audit.
