Perpetuation project of 5.155 miles of STH 35, from CTH K S to Yellow River Bridge (B-07-0019), Town of Meenon and Village of Webster, in Burnett County to mill and resurface. Other work includes rehabilitation of Bridge B-07-0019 over the Yellow River (concrete surface repair to pier and soffit, remove railing and replace with concrete parapet), beam guard replacement, gravel shouldering, culvert replacements, ditch cleaning, curb ramp replacements, spot curb & gutter replacement, spot storm sewer improvements, and pavement marking. Construct under traffic utilizing single-lane flagging operations. Stage bridge construction half at a time using temporary traffic signals. The contract price will be based on an estimate of the selected consultant's actual costs plus fixed fee. Actual costs will be defined as those costs allowable under the cost principles in Part 31 of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Consultant costs including indirect cost rates and cost accounting system will be subject to audit. Consultant firms that are unable to account for costs consistent with requirements of the FAR are not eligible to contract.
