Renovation of a power facility in Edinburgh, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a power facility.
Town of Edinburgh Power & Light (Owner) will receive sealed bids for the replacement of the Roosevelt Substation North Transformer. A new transformer has been purchased to replace the existing transformer at the Roosevelt Substation. Scope of work includes disconnecting and removing the existing 120,000 pound 69kV transformer from the foundation, moving the new transformer to the foundation, and preparing the transformer for service. Bidders must be experienced high voltage power transformer field service contractors and provide references of such experience prior to receiving specifications and contract documents from the Engineer. Information to Bidders, Plans and Specifications and Contract Documents for the Project may be examined, but not purchased, at the location listed above. Bids shall conform to the requirements stated in the Information to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive minor irregularities in bidding and bid specifications
