Per the owner, as of May 8, 2024, a design team has been selected. The owner states that the project is anticipated to bid in the sprint of 2025 with construction starting in the fall of 2025. This Project constitutes a "public works" project within the meaning of California Labor Code section 1720 and is subject to the prevailing wage laws.
