PN_2022-026 Texas Southern University is seeking a complete construction of a new Texas Southern University Monument sign on the corner of Scott and Wheeler near the Texas Southern University campus in the third ward area of Houston, Texas. The Monument sign will consist of a masonry brick foundation, pre-cast concrete, piping and water source. The project should also include a water feature as design in the images below. Brick pavers are to be added in front of the monument in an aesthetic arrangement for effect and future dedication efforts. The project has a completion date of October 10th, 2022.
