Completion Date: Dec. 30, 2023 State Project Number TB-91138 Roofing Replacement at Oakdale Truck Station This solicitation is TG/ED/VO preference and contains a 3% TG/ED/VO subcontracting goal. A. The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: General construction. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1.) Full tear-off of roofing and insulation down to deck of approximately 100,000 square feet. Replacement of roofing system, metal copings, and extension of parapets and mechanical curbs. This solicitation includes qualification requirements. Attachment C of the Response Form contains the qualification requirements for the solicitation. Qualification requirements include, but are not limited to: Responding company has completed as a Prime Contractor (not as a subcontractor) the work for at least THREE contracts which have achieved: - Substantial Completion since January 1, 2018 for construction of commercial projects. - Each of these contracts must have had a construction value of $750,000 or greater. - These projects must contain Membrane Roofing System Replacement. OR In lieu of Responding company's projects, Responder may provide on the form below up to THREE qualified projects completed by the Project Manager while employed by others which have achieved - Substantial Completion since January 1, 2018 for construction of commercial projects. - Each of these contracts must have had a construction value of $750,000 or greater. - These projects must contain Membrane Roofing System Replacement.
