The supplier must be able to operate on the Security Center version 5.10 SR3 video surveillance system platform from the manufacturer Genetec. The performance of the services and the delivery of the goods must take place in all Revenu Québec establishments located in Quebec and in the one located in Toronto. The expected duration of the contract is 3 years. OBTAINING TENDER DOCUMENTS Tender documents are available from the Electronic Tendering System. SUPPLIERS ELIGIBLE TO SUBMIT A TENDER Only suppliers with the required qualifications, having an establishment in Quebec or in one of the territories covered by the applicable agreements and having obtained the tender documents distributed by the SEAO, are eligible to submit a tender. COMPLAINT AND DESIGNATED REPRESENTATIVE A complaint may be filed if the current tender documents provide conditions that do not ensure fair and honest treatment of competitors, do not allow competitors to participate, although they are qualified to respond to expressed needs, or otherwise do not comply with the normative framework.
