Claiborne County Board of Education will be accepting sealed bids from qualified vendors for the tables, desks and chairs described below: 10 Flower Shaped Table 16 1/2 "x 25 1/2 " x 60" 10 Flower Shaped Tables 20 1/2 " x 30 1/2 " X 60" 10 Trapezoid Tables 45 1/4 " x 20 5/8" 1 Round Table 48" D 14 Rectangle Shaped Tables 48" Long 363 Diamond Shaped Desks 22-34" x 34" x 30" 35 Chair Desk Combos Top made of Hard plastic with an Arm Support 18 x 21 x 30 240 Stacking Chairs 18" High If interested, please contact Georgia Rush at georgia.rush@claibornecsd.org regarding the bid specification sheet with additional product details. All vendors must include documentation of DUNS/UEI number with bid to be considered. Bid submissions should include shipping, freight, assembly and all installation costs. Claiborne County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive all irregularities in the receipt/handling of bids. The awarded bidder must be in good standing with the county of Claiborne. Claiborne County assures that no person shall on the grounds of race, color, natural origin, or sex, as provided by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and as amended, and the Civil Rights Restoration Act of 1987 (P.I. 100.259) be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving Federal Financial Assistance.
