Site for Sewer line replacement: - Lova I - Unit 75, 76 Cleanout located near back patio - Unit 79, 80 Cleanout located near back patio Contractor will: - Obtain all permits required (if any) to complete work - Remove all trash and debris before leaving site every day on work site (Dumpsters on site are for Resident use only). - Proper barriers and safety equipment will be set and used for the entirety of the job. - Follow all State and Local Laws, Regulations and City codes. - Contact Texas 811 "Call before you dig". Providing VHA with all documentation from these locates. - Give each building adequate notice of cutting water off. Replacing Sewer Lines: - Dig up existing 4" sewer line from clean out to main line - Unit 75,76 approximately 20' to Tee - Unit 79,80 approximately 100' to Main Line running north and south - Replace all pipe and fittings with new PVC in compliance with all local and state codes - Install a Cleanout at the junction of the lines from 75,76 to 79,80 - Install new cleanouts where existing cleanouts are currently located - Ensure sewer line is intact and clear from cleanout back to each of the units - Backfill all excavations and level area The HACV is seeking proposals from qualified, licensed and bonded entities to repair broken sewer lines at 1801 Lova Unit 117.
