Scope : The City of East Point, Georgia is seeking sealed bids from experienced and qualified Providers for the cleaning, resurfacing, and striping of two (2) tennis courts. 1. Clean two tennis courts (one double court) as necessary in preparation for resurfacing. 2. Fill all structural cracks with E-330 crack filler. 3. Install a Premium crack repair system over cracks with a minimum five (5) year warranty. 4. Apply one coat of black acrylic resurfacer. 5. Apply multiple coats of fortified Acrytech(TM) full acrylic playing surface. Acrytech(TM) Player's Choice colors to be selected by Owner. 6. Stripe two regulation tennis courts using two coats of texturized white line paint. All Prospective Providers must submit a Bid Bond from a Surety Agency authorized to do business in the State of Georgia. The Bid Bond must be in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the Prospective Provider's total Bid Price. The selected provider will be required to submit a Payment and Performance Bond valid for twenty-four (24) months in the amount of the total contract award. The City of East Point reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 120 days after date of time set for opening of bids.
