Site work for a residential development in Katy, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a residential development.
Sealed bids in duplicate, will be received on behalf of Ridgewood Development Corp on behalf of the Southeast Regional Management District at the offices of Spear Point Engineering, LLC, 604 W Worsham Street, Suite 100 for furnishing all material, equipment, labor, and supervision necessary for completion of the following: Mostyn Springs Sec 3 Clearing, Grubbing, Mass Grading, and Detention The major items of work include: Clearing, grubbing, mass grading, and detention for approximately 68 acres of a residential development. Each bid proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond from a reliable surety company drawn to the order of Ridgewood Development Corp on behalf of the Southeast Regional Management District in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. No bid proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date. OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to it. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance, payment, and maintenance bond for the full amount of the contract.
