Piping product will be NIRON CLIMA PP-RCT PIPE - SDR 11 SERIES or approved equal. Project will be in accordance with MSCS Design Planning Principles and Construction Guidelines, latest edition; and compliant with all applicable codes and AHJs. Alternates: 1. Replace the east hot and chilled water systems including but not limited to the boilers, chiller, pumps, valves, actuators, etc. This will include new stand alone, web-based BAS controls for all new equipment; and commissioning. 2. Replace the west hot water system, including but not limited to the boilers, pumps, valves, actuators, etc. This will include new stand alone, web based BAS controls for all new equipment; and commissioning. 3. Replace all RTUs and terminal units (USs & FCUs), all HVAC equipment. This will include new stand alone, web-based BAS controls for all new equipment; and commissioning. 4. Provide a unit cost to replace one (1) ceiling mounted fan coil unit. If executed, this will connect to the existing BAS. WhiteStation HS Engage/employ A/E services to design/build the following for WhiteStation HS - 2780-HVAC-Replace HW systems (2-main and east), including but not limited to boilers, pumps, piping modifications, valves, actuators, as needed for quality installation, operation and long-term affect. Convert steam to hot water. Project will be in accordance with MSCS Design Planning Principles and Construction Guidelines, latest edition; and compliant with all applicable codes and AHJs. Alternates: 1. Replace hot and chilled water systems in the north plant (near round gym) including but not limited to boiler(s), chillers, pumps, valve actuators, piping modifications, and accessories. 2. Replace library air-handling unit, and air compressor, hw & cw pumps, control valves in the north mechanical room next to the round gym. Provide new controls as needed.
