Renovation of a fire / police facility in Bloomfield Township, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The Township of Bloomfield is accepting bids for the removal of two (2) Lennox Split Air Handling Units at Fire Station #4. Although this is a commercial building, it was renovated from the former residential home that occupied the lot. The replacements shall be one (1) 5-ton Trane Air Handling Unit with electric heat, one (1) 5-tonTrane condenser, one (1) Trane 3-ton Air Handling Unit, one (1) 2.5-ton Trane Condenser, two (2) new condensate pumps, and drains run through the roof. New electric shall be required to service the electric heaters. Two additional diffusers shall be installed over the sleeping quarters. Start-up of the equipment shall be included. The proposal shall include all parts and labor to remove and replace the two existing units, including plumbing, electrical and incidentals required to complete the job.
