All questions must be in writing and made prior to 11:00 AM EST, Thursday, September 1, 2022, at which time a response will be prepared and posted on the MITN website as an amendment, or an addendum to the bid, if such information would be of significance to uniformed vendors. Questions received after the date and time above will not be considered. Vendors are specifically directed to not contact other City staff; unauthorized contact of any City Department employee may result in reject of bid submittal.
